Why We're Not MCS Registered Yet
At Baltic Electric, we value transparency and want to keep our customers informed about our practices. Currently, we are not MCS registered, and we'd like to share the reasons behind this decision.
As a small business, the financial implications of MCS registration are significant, posing challenges for covering our overheads. However, we want to emphasise our unwavering commitment to quality installations that adhere to MCS standards outlined in BS7671 (The UK wiring regulations).
Rest assured, safety and aesthetics are paramount in every installation we undertake. While we presently offer solar and battery installations without MCS registration, it's important to note that MCS registration becomes crucial when applying for Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) tariffs.
We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are actively working towards MCS registration in the near future as we continue to grow.
